Refund Policy of MTC EDUCATION Pty Ltd

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the following purchases: Online purchases of MTC EDUCATION Pty Ltd’s (“we”, “us” or “our”) online courses and mentorships (“Services”).

  1. General
    1. We offer remedies in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, to the extent that it applies.
    2. The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of consumer guarantees which protect consumers when they buy goods and services.
    3. Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
  2. Australian Consumer Law
    1. We offer remedies in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, to the extent that it applies.
    2. The Australian Consumer Law provides a set of consumer guarantees which protect consumers when they buy goods and services.
    3. If the Australian Consumer Law applies, then we cannot avoid the Consumer Guarantees which it provides. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will prevail.

  3. Cancellation and Change of Mind
    1. We do not offer any refund if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.
  4. Cancellations (Subscriptions)
    1. If you cancel your Subscription (as defined in our Website Terms and Conditions of Use), you may do so by providing us with at least 48 hours’ written notice prior to the conclusion of the existing Subscription Period (as defined in our Website Terms and Conditions of Use).   This can be done via our app by submitting a support ticket, or if you are unable to do so, by emailing us at [email protected]. You will be charged the Subscription Fee for the existing Subscription Period, but for no further Subscription Periods.
    2. If you want to request a refund otherwise, you may contact us via our app by submitting a support ticket, or if you are unable to do so, by emailing us at [email protected], and we will consider your request on a case by case basis, but we will be under no obligation to offer you a refund.

  5. Cancellations (Mentoring)
    1. We will consider requests for partial refunds at our discretion and any partial refund will be subject to review and approval by us.
